Thanks for posting--very interesting to finally get to see it.

I stopped checking that website obsessively for the updated seat map several weeks back now.

Clearly, they're very proud of the weak-aSSed attempt at "improving" their hard product.

What, you think the old hard product was almost as good?

They should be proud. The C product is exponentially better than the old C product and even better than many competitors. I have to do SFO-HKG and SQ is still only offering an angled seat in C as is LH to Europe.

Soft product is a different story but they have exceedingly "improved" their hard product, particularly in C.

Is there a link or a web address so that we may see the subject of this thread?

Thanks

Amazed that we still haven't seen more pics and reports of what the new economy seats and AVOD are like...

I thought SQ was operating its 77Ws on the SFO-HKG route? Don't all of these planes have the newer C product which is a much better hard product (and unquestionably better soft product) than UA.

Are they serious? FOUR lavatories for 221 Y seats (104 + 117)?!?!?!?!?

And why is BKK left off the destination/routes list?

because the route was or is a 777 route that does not/did not have the new seat
