Difference in V and Q class?

Hi all,

Just a quickie, been searching but had no joy thus far. What is the difference in class Q and V? and is there a standard of classes used, and is there a description of the different classes anywhere?

thanks in advance

Not just money. A different of restrictions.

For example, Q fares allow a stopover, V fares do not.
