Baggage Allowance for trans-pacific?
 

What is United's current baggage allowance policy for trans-pacific flights, say, from IAD to SIN?

United's Carry-on and Checked Baggage policy doesn't specify and depending on who you talk to, some say it's 50 lbs. while others say it's 75 lbs.

Also, if we were to bring a wedding gown and a tuxedo onboard, does that count as part of the one allowed carry-on?

FWIW, we're flying in economy and we're 1P.

UA will allow two pieces of checked luggage (three for 1P and 1K members) for each passenger. Each piece may weigh up to 70lbs.

I'm not sure what they would say about the dress or tux as a carry on...it depends on the GA I guess.
