UA On-Time%: 1/2 (1/3 overall, 0/1 on LH)
AMS flight was about 40 minutes late. It must have just been the winds becuase we only took off about 10 minutes after scheduled push back time. LH flight was 1.5 hours late and they lost our luggage to boot. Bad travelling start to the year - maybe this will just get it out of our system for a while.

- ua756 sfo-den ^ no announcement-on during boarding but f/a forgot to "flip the switch" after the safety demo-fixed after the welcome speech made after t/o and on for the rest of the flight
- ua584 den-bos: ^ (no announcement)
- ua167: bos-lax. ^ no announcement asked, f/a came back with a "yes but if anything happens "out there" it will be turned off" fair enough afaic
- ua263: sfo-lax: no announcement, asked, told no

Also UA 722 was a reconfigured 767 and the map worked perfectly in biz class. Was able to see our position whenever I chose to do so.

Announcement made that there would be no Channel 9 due to "security policy". What a bunch of BS.
In fact, the entire crew was terrible.
Hopefully my flights later this month will be an improvement.

1/9 UA 732, SEA-ORD, ^
1/9 UA 578, ORD-BOS, it was on on the ground, the captain was and came out to chat with passengers while we were waiting for the doors to close but once we pushed back, ch. 9 switched to music. Big for this.
1/9 UA 179, BOS-SFO, ^^, announced by the captain with a promise that he'll tell us about some landmarks during the flight. I slept for the good portion of the flight, so I might have missed them.
1/9 UA 62, SFO-SEA, ^, it would have been nice though if the purser was not practicing his stand up routine.

Channel 9 was on before we pushed back from the gate and then after the safety video, the FA forgot to turn off the IFE system, so Channel 9 didn't return until 35 minutes prior to landing..^
