I notice as of now that when you try to use Award Travel to see the I bucket, instead of it saying no flights available you get this splash screen saying cannot process request. I got this for multiple dates and multiple destinations ex-SFO.

My HOPE is that this "unable to process" message means that I.T. and Inventory Mgmt are working on fixing whatever "bug" is in the system!! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Best wishes, Dave

This is also happening this morning with the e-fares, so it might be part of a larger problem. For some dates, it shows "NO QUALIFYING FLIGHTS," as it should, but for other dates, qualifying flights are shown, but the "Cannot process request" message comes back after selecting those flights.
