ual.com booking bonus for US Codeshare
 

Anyone know if teh 1000 miles bonus applies if you book and fly a UA-code share flight operated by US?

Seems like a good deal on the LGA-BOS shuttle - with the 1K/1P bonus and triple miles promotion, plus the booking bonus, this would add up to 5,000 UA miles (and 3,000 US miles) - total of 8,000 miles for both airlines if the on-line booking bonus also applies to the fare...

1000 (r/t base miles for UA)
1000 (r/t 1K/1P bonus miles for UA)
2000 (triple miles bonus for UA)

equals 5000 miles on UA...

I've flown codeshares on LH that were booked on UAL.com but did not receive the bonus.

I did a quick search on UAL.com and the online booking bonus page I found (http://www.ual.com/page/article/0,1360,1771,00.html) does not specifically exclude codeshares. However, I know that codeshares have specifically been excluded in the past.
