January 2010 e500s and Q1 CR1s not posted yet?
I normally should have had a round of e500's post to my account this Saturday, and need a couple for a flight on Wednesday/Thursday...
Is anyone else getting theirs?
I remember that the January CR-1 sweeps had been an issue in the past, but don't remember if that problem also affected the e500's...
If not should I cancel my upgrade request now?

I should have had 8 500s post today, no dice though. Sounds like it's a continuation of the lax CR-1 posting.

Both my e500s and my CR1s (for Q4 2009) posted on Sunday, a day after they were expected.

Are we not earning e-500's anymore?
I am currently sitting at roughly 16,000 EQM/bis on UA metal for the year thus far, and have had a 10,000+ EQM/bis balance for 2-saturday-sweep periods now, yet have earned nary an e-500 for this painful feat. I realize that e-500's are disappearing, but I thought that we were still earning them until the 2nd quarter, correct? Anybody else having this problem, or is an e-mail to 1KVoice in order? Thanks.

Upgrades
My e500's for Q4 travel posted in late December. My CR1's for Q4 have not. I think the reason is my Q3 travel that triggered the e500's was the last couple of days in September so they posted the first Saturday in October. The CR1's didn't show up until November. I think the system thinks I have already received my Q4 CR1's. I'm going to wait until the first Saturday in February and if I don't get them I will call about it.

I have over 20,000 UA BIS in Jan. RDM & EQM & EQS have all posted, but I think I'm expecting 8 e500s and 2 CR1s, but they don't seem to be posting.
Has anyone seen e500s or CR1s post in January yet?

Last year I seem to recall the January numbers posting at the first February sweep. Reason I was given last year (emailed 1KVoice to inquire) was that UA uses January to finish up posting December mileage, process Elite Choice awards, and (now this year) Elite Choice Year End awards.

Was put into a mini conference call with the 1k desk and MP Customer Service. They informed me told that they wouldn't be posting until Feb 6th this year, as usual due to wrapping up of last years stuff behind the scenes. I was then asked when my travel was, tomorrow, and they deposited the extra number of e500s right away without me even asking! ^^

Hope this helps some people and it is worth calling the 1K desk if you have an upcoming flight and don't want to use up a CR1.
