Yes, it took a while this morning, but this afternoon I've not been able to get anything beyond inputting the dates and times and locations I want to travel...have tried several times over the last few hours

I am getting in sometimes but it is very SLOOOOOOW. It is all those people making reservations for the double miles

Maybe it's the weekly tues fare reload that is taking longer than expected....or some $20 fare to SIN that we didn't catch

Got a message when I tried just now saying something about "Reservation System Temporarily Unavailable - There seems to be a brief interruption in communications with the Airline Computer Reservation System."

I had a booking show as unable to confirm, and so I called. They said the system was hosed today, and they were having to go in and manually complete every transaction. They were cheery about it, however.
Bonus round: Confirmed all 4 segments for myself and S.O. to SIN in March. Plus double miles.
