Anyone know this code: SSR_MP_KK?

In checking My Itineraries for my flight this morning, I noticed on my LAS-SFO flight this morning, I was upgraded, and right underneath where it says "To confirm, please contact your booking agent", it says: SSR_MP_KK

Does anyone have a translation for that one? I'm curious, because it's my 1K-making flight, if that has something to do with it, but I can't imagine they note every person's record who is making 1K... but maybe I'm wrong. Any thoughts?

Ultimately, I won't see responses until after my flight, so I'll let you know if it appears to mean anything special. But I'm just wondering if anyone's ever seen it before.

Could it have been SSR_MP_HK?

(SSR presumably means Special Service Request, MP presumably means Mileage Plus, and HK would be confirmed -- but I don't know what KK would mean.)

I think it means that you've requested that Trent Lott meet you upon arrival with a white sheet.

** OMNI **

The KKK won't ever be resurrected, because there's nowhere to buy those pointy hats.

Except for the KKK-Mart, perhaps, but they're in Chapter 11 just like UA.

SSR means special service request
and this usually means extra notes put in by a ticket agent for special services most often used for wheelchairs, minors traveling alone etc

The SSR alerts downline (connecting cities) of issues on certain flights

Sometimes agents use it for remarks
No idea why MP and KK are in there

I saw this on a cleared upgrade last week. For my flight, I thought it might be because I had been bumped the night before and put on the inconvenienced passenger s/b u/g list (PA1??) and cleared off of that.

Or maybe it's the new version of "KL" (cleared in German http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif)

"KK. CRS. Confirmed."

Looks like it just means that you are confirmed in the reservations system.

Normally KK means that a segment has been cleared from waitlist to confirmed status but the Passenger has not been informed. Once the passenger is informed the status should move from KK to HK

When is it that they require confirmation? On my last flights I was notified by email that my upgrades were confirmed. It did not say anything about contacting.
