United.com Flight Status question
 
Checking a friend's flight today on United.com.

Get the following:

Airport: London, United Kingdom (LHR)
Time: Actual Departure Time 12:47 pm (13
min Late)
Gate: J15
Reason: Flight time changed due to weather.
Airport: Chicago, IL (ORD)
Time: Estimated Arrival 3:27 pm (12 min Late)
Gate: M20
Reason: Flight time changed due to aircraft
servicing.

Aren't the two reasons given for the late departure and arrival conflicting?
