Yuck - Salmon and Smoked Salmon Appetizers Are Back on the Menu

Why, Why, Why does United insist on serving salmon and smoked salmon appetizers? It is such a waste as I won't touch the stuff.

I would so rather have some shrimp or proscuitto.

Because there's no way to please everyone, and more people will eat salmon than shrimp or proscuitto.

All of 'em are good.

It's the ranch dressing in international C with which UA serves its smoked salmon that I question.

Actually, I very much love salmon. Smoked salmon or lox even more. I think it's probably among very favorite of fish.

Actually, as UA INTL C meals go, the Salmon appetizer is one of the better options I've had. And, the last time I flew the Asian Sesame dressing was back. HURRAH!!

I actually doubt the bolded. Are you sure? Have you conducted a poll? I don't mind salmon but would prefer the other choices. I think there are many people who are adverse to all fish.

+1. Healthy too. I wouldn't mind a *properly* grilled swordfish meal -- I don't fly enough to get mercury poisoning -- but salmon's great. Probably not the reaction the OP was expecting.
