Is the best row in 763--IAD-MXP--16?

Is the best row in a 767-300 from IAD-MXP--16?

Is row 15 just as good?

Do the seats fully recline?

I flew IAD-MXP in March and was in the bulkhead business class row (I think it was row 5) and was very happy. The other BC rows seem to have just as much room, but no one is reclining into your space in the bulkhead row.

In coach, row 15 is right near the Lav. I would go with a seat a few rows further back.

In coach, the 2nd exit row (16) has miles of legroom, and fully reclines. Row 15 has little leg room because of the bulkhead, and does not fully recline.

I flew MXP-IAD last year in row 16 Aisle and Window. Easily the best coach seats on the plane.

I flew 16 J (Window) over the Europe and back. GREAT seat. The arm rest is a little odd ... build into the door and it is a little chilly, but besides that GREAT seat. Don't do 15!

I don't think the row will make much of a difference any longer: Please read:

Personally I prefer rows 1 and 2.

Forgetting for a moment that UA isn't going to Milan any more....

Does 16AB have the table and video screen in the seatback or in the armrest?

How about 16C (I usually take an asile over the water) for screen and table, and is the legroom in the center section as good as the window section?

Thanks.

16AB has the table and video screen in the armrest. 16C is not as good for legroom because row 15 in the center section is farther back than row 15 on the sides.
