Onepass to Mileage Plus Miles Transfer
Is there a way to transfer Continental Onepass miles to Mileage Plus account?

You can launder them through Amtrak and Choice Hotels. 10,000 CO miles will yield you 6000 UA miles.

Given that your Onepass miles may not be subject to Starnet blocking like MP miles, it might be a good idea to hold onto them, depending, of course, on how many you have and how you want to use them.

In other words, not very likely to actually work in the real world.

FYI
https://www.continental.com/web/en-U...liancefaq.aspx
Will the frequent flyer programs be combined?"There are no plans to combine the programs at this time. Each will function with reciprocity under the Star Alliance umbrella."
Will customers be able to combine Continental Airlines and United Airlines frequent flyer accounts?"No. Customers will keep an account with one airline and use the reciprocity between programs to earn and redeem miles on other airlines."

Before anyone gets into using Amtrak to transfer miles, I suggest they do a complete search on Amtrak's record of negative changes to their program with no advance warning.
