chance for upgrade
 

I'm on UA 320 tomorrow. It's the first time as a 2P that the upgrade has not cleared 72 hours prior. I'm still being waitlisted for upgrade. The seat map shows only 3 out of 12 seats are assigned. It's a 2-class aircraft. Does that mean there are many 1K members ahead of me or just that they won't release those F seats until the last minute?

It's 72 hrs for full fare (even no status ppl). BUT, it's my understanding that full fare pax (2P and general) will be after ALL the 1Ks and 1Ps.
