Is it really that hard?
To directly list the e-fares on the weekly email rather than providing a link to the website? I know it's a minor complaint, but I don't want to be clicking 5,000 times to see the efares. If they are going to make the effort of sending them to my email box, can't they just make the email a little longer with a list of fares??

A webpage allows for dynamic changes, deletions, additions etc. Also easier to track when a competitor is wholesale data-mining.
