2025 Plus Points Changes....Finally Coming?
When the 2025 changes to Mileage Plus were announced they mentioned more redemption options for Plus Points and that these changes would be coming in Summer 2025.
Coming this summer, PlusPoints earned upon achieving Premier Platinum and Premier 1K® status will become even more versatile. In addition to using PlusPoints to request premium seat and cabin upgrades, you’ll soon be able to redeem PlusPoints for new perks, including:

I was on the United app earlier this afternoon and noticed a change. In the attached photo you see an "Exchange" link under my Plus Points total. When I click on the link it leads me to the Plus Points page, but I upon perusing the page I don't see anything "new." It is possible I am not seeing the options since my Plus Points don't expire in 2027. Can anyone with Plus Points expiring in 2027 see if the "Exchange" link sheds any light for what the future will bring? |

So far looks like it's only a renaming of the text, but I guess they will change the web page it links to (the general pluspoints section of the account profile) whenever they have settled on what they'll offer. |
Why bother testing in the sandbox before showing it to the world...

Oh actually it's just a version difference. Updated ios and now it shows exchange.

Mine has had "Exchange" for about a week now. I haven't earned 2027-expiring PP yet, though.
