IAH-EZE E+ vs Polaris: An observation
So i recently flew Polaris IAH-EZE. The service was excellent. I thought the food was very good. The FA's are polite and friendly and attentive. Lots of smiles and thank yous.
Of course, you would expect the service to be excellent for Polaris - thats the idea On the way back, I had my in-cabin pet, so relegated to E+ Scowls everywhere, not a smile to be had. I think dinner service was a chore to be tolerated at best. Later, I was outside a bathroom mid-flight and a FA bumped into me with a drink cart. I actually said "excuse me" which was odd, because it wasnt my fault, and the FA didnt even say anything, but I am sure he knew he did it and just didnt care. Just reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry gets an upgrade to F LAS-JFK and Elaine is stuck in economy middle seat. |
It’s just throwing darts at a dart board at this point with the crews. Have had miserable Polaris crews one week and great crew the next week on the same route.
