Yup. Clearly marked overwing exits.

I am guessing Airbus offers the choice between overwing exits or the second door before the wing, and apparently either a door plug or door 2 / 3 behind the wing depending on configuration.

Its called Airbus Cabin Flex (ACF) and I believe is the default now on 321neos. The door aft of the wings is pluggable based on the number of seats installed. The design is beneficial as more seats can be installed and cabin configurations are more flexible.

From the picture that you posted, I see four overwing exits, two exits at the very front of the plane and two exits at the very back of the plane, but no door exits anywhere near the middle of the plane. Going by the red triangles indicating exits in the picture provided by United Airlines.

Source? N37274 and N827UA do not say they are retrofitted on United.

If N420UA is painted, logic would say its not going to be retired. Yet theyve said they intend to retire 13 A320s and they are going them in sequential order which would mean they are going to retire it.

Fleet site quibble:
Mainline Fleet, future A321 tab, first line for N24508 lists '11708 or 11775' for the MSN. MSN 11775 became N24511 and has already been delivered. Other sites indicate N24508 will be MSN 11708 and built in TLS.
