where did you go on the website to enroll where it asked you for a UCS number?

The PerksPlus email sent me to a URL based off of this (with s:rolleyes:me tracking info): https://go.unitedforbiz.com/ that then redirected me to https://beta.united.business/en/us/index but after poking around I think it should have taken me to https://united.business/.

United did get back to me with what they called the proper URL, but it was this again: https://beta.united.business/en/us/index

I'm not sure whether/if our old account and our new one need to be linked so I wanted to use what they told me, but clearly they are still having problems. I've asked again for clarification.

Can you tell me which URL you used?

Those are the correct links. you should be able to enter your email and register, than upon activation select a plan. The registration did not have any USC id requirement only EIN

I think judging by the lack of discussion here, that most people didn't even know about PerksPlus!

I also think they were tired of a bunch of leisure travel counting towards it.

My big challenge will be that I want to use my personal Infinite card (4x United spend) for my travel and my companies Business UA card (2x United spend) for everyone else. Accounting is going to love me.

FWIW, I'm still unable to register for the new pr:(gram and I'm told I have the correct links but that somehow their system does not like my email address. <sigh>

Similar but different problem:

I have registered for United for Business, as per my post above, no UCS required, just my company's EIN. That's all fine. I can log in to UfB just fine and see and manage my company's travelers and travel arrangers. I have been happily using the discounts.

Today I received an email to login to Jetstream in order to complete my annual elite nominations by the end of the month. I'd be surprised if we have enough fund balance to nominate someone, but I thought I'd take a peek.
  • First I tried logging in to Jetstream using my UfB account credentials, no go.
  • Then I tried resetting my password at Jetstream using my company (and UfB) email. Never got a password reset email.
  • Then I tried creating a new user in Jetstream. The options are Corporate, Travel Agency, Meetings. When I select Corporate it asks for my UCS number and won't advance without it.
    • I have no communication from United with a UCS number
    • It doesn't accept my old PerksPlus Account ID as a UCS number (wrong format)
    • It doesn't accept my old PerksPlus Tour Code as a UCS number (wrong format)
Does anyone know how to find my UCS number or whether I likely have one? If we are a small business who just signed up for UfB are we too small for a UCS number? If so, email asking me to login to Jetstream just an IT hiccup?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Added detail: I'm not sure why that initial comparison showed so much, but it looks like the benefit ranges from 4-8% discounts for us domestically depending on fare class, and 2-8% internationally depending on fare class. We selected "Plan a" which gives more discounts on fare but no discounts on add-ons since all of my guys are at least Gold anyway if not 1MM or 2MM. We are a very small business. I have no idea what is offered to firms of other sizes.

Business/First (J/C) 8% both
Business/First (D/Z) 4% domestic, 2% international
Premium Economy (O) 8% both
Premium Economy (A) 4% domestic, 2% international
Economy (Y/B/M/E/U/H) 8% both
Economy (Q/V/W) 4% domestic, 2% international

Is it? Other than the drop down to select personal or business travel it is pretty much the same.

I didn't put anything in for the UCS number.

The Veteran's (Veterans Advantage) discount is better for most domestic fares.

Updated email - never mind:

Hello United for Business users,

The below email was sent to you in error. As a United for Business portal account, xxxxxx does not currently have access to MileagePlus Premier status nominations nor United Jetstream. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this email has caused.

Thank you for your business!

That's where I am because the signup links they sent me always take me to the Jetstream page, which doesn't work. I see that at least your request to go there was in error.

I recall hearing about that years ag:cool:. I guess it is still around. What are the details?

It is a third party
United Veterans Advantage - Veterans Advantage Program and requires registration
