EWR to EDI

Looking to travel in Oct…Econ 30k, Buis 245k…why doesn’t United offer premium economy?

Probably because you are on a 752, which has never been equipped with Premium Economy.

E+ is just an extra legroom economy seat, not a premium economy product. You can buy the E+ seat assignment in the booking path.

So it is same width and recline as regular economy?

Same width, slightly better recline (5" vs 4") and significant increase in pitch/leg space (37" vs 31') than standard econony, bulkhead seats have even more leg space.
