Okay, not a new term. But it's a good one.

This is pretty disappointing. It's an incredibly minor thing, but having an actual single malt was one factor in making me consider a switch of at least some flying to UA next year.

Ugh. Cutty Sark is NASTY. Literally no other word for it. If I can buy a bottle of a certain liquor for under 1000 at my local grocery store, I definitely dont want it on a flight.

Like I said before, mix it with Gingerale its a whole different world! Its actually quite nice. Not to substitute for a neat single malt, or with just a cube or two

ask me how I know, a friend gave me a Christmas gift of about 50 miniature bottles (airline style) there were a few Cuttys in there. I put the bag in my second home, and this winter I was rummaging through the bag and I googled what to do with Cutty ! Anyway, theres a fresh lemon tree at the house next-door, Cutty on the rocks with a good portion of Gingerale and just a zest of lemon was quite refreshing after a round of golf. I believe I had two more over the course of the month to exhaust those bottles

I forgot to try last week, but now this week it is back, on some flights at least.

Seems like they are still using up cutty though, so maybe ask for which Scotches they have before ordering.
