Buying fully refundable economy for another person - refund will be back to me?
Hi.
If I buy a fully-refundable economy class from LAX to TPE and later decide to get a refund, will the refund be back to my credit card or as flight credit to that person's name?
Also, fully refundable means I can cancel anytime and get refund back, right?
