Meal still looks miles/kilometers ahead of current Polaris 🙄. |
Also there are too many forks. It is confusing to passengers which fork to use, and they should streamline the silverware service. Definitely would improve NPS.

Why is J catering so bad?
Just hopped off another AA premium transcon with a printed menu, good wines and multi-course dinner.
As a 1K, I have been loyal to UA but recently flying AA more in paid J. Is UA ever going to improve the dining experience in premium cabins? It was behind AA and DL before COVID, but not this far behind… Edit: I should add that I flew UA premium transcon a few weeks ago and the meal offered was straight-up cafeteria food (curry noodles). |
