United is providing MP elites with PQP bonuses for 2022 (for 2023 qualifying), with credits to MP account starting Feb. 10. It appears this is in process of rolling out universally, so if you don't see PQP yet wait a bit.
Credits appear to be as follows, though some posts in the thread may vary from these figures. Matthew had an exchange confirming the program and reverse engineering these figures as well, below.
If you "earned" the status for 2022 (whether or not needing the various bonuses or fly to the finish) you receive an "earned bonus". If you received your status through an extension of past status or through being a million miler companion, you get the "starter bonus", which isn't as high.
GS: 3000 PQP
1K: Earned: 3000; Starter: 2250
Plat: Earned: 2000; Starter: 1500
Gold: Earned: 1400; Starter: 1050
Silver: Earned: 700; Starter: 525

In the summary activity, only the RDMs are shown and for the Starter PQPs, there are no RDMs, just PQPs

Tomorrow, United will notify MileagePlus Premier members of a surprise deposit of extra Premier Qualifying Points (PQP) to their accounts to help jump start earning towards their 2023 Premier status goals. Since United extended the lowered Premier qualification thresholds offered at all levels last year, the personalized deposit gifts members 15% -20% of what they need to requalify for status through 2023.

This 1K got 3K. I’m already a third of the way to the 13.5K PQPs for 2023 year 1K. I’ll easily make 1K with another ~9K in spent and 32 segments. This has me thinking of doing a status match later this year into 2023 (maybe w/AA). Not sure this is intent of UA

This 1K received 3,000 PQPs today. Only looked due to this thread and it was not there last night.
I requalified as 1K without the Q4 bonuses of FTTF or BoB. So nothing extra for people who requalified without the Q4 incentives.
Still a nice, welcome surprise.

Same for me. Such a random time/way to do that. Also, in what world is the average GS 3,000 PQP away from anything? I'm not trying to stare a gift horse in the mouth here but it just seems like a really odd benefit. What is UA trying to engender with this? I'll clear the 1K thresholds by the end of Feb, I guess that means I'll now clear them by Feb 22nd. How does that change/incentivize any of my behavior? Not trying to be obtuse, interested in what I'm missing.

Got mine. If I didn't get anything, I'd be extra annoyed since I did complete the fly to the finish and all last year only for United to extend status to people who didn't finish it.
