Tools like EF or KVS can provide this info for a particular route
Or do a "binary search" on UA.com
Go out into the future when it does operate. then come back halfway in time. If it is scheduled, continued coming halfway back. If not scheduled, go forward halfway to last known scheduled date. Might take 6-8 tries to find the start date
