Question: Can you choose the time you eat the "main" meal in Polaris? I am flying SFO-SIN in August and take off time is 11:00PM...and I am guessing they serve the first meal an hour after take-off. And I will probably have already eaten dinner in SFO and would like to go to sleep as fast as possible. Can I ask the FA to hold my meal until I wake up say 8 hours later? (Rather then skip it and rely on whatever the "mid flight snack" is) Or does that cause huge problems for the FA's if I ask this request?

UA929 LHR-ORD breakfast menu. I went for banana bread as I'd already had a decent full English in the lounge earlier.
I was offered the cheese burger for pre landing but declined as I assume it's the greyburger I had a couple of weeks ago.

It was actually really nice. I followed this up with ice cream, because why not?

although nice, it's rock hard and requires patience...

No menus.
PDB choices were water or champagne.
Main was beef short rib, chicken breast, or halibut:

Dessert options were cheese or sundae. Sundae arrived in liquid form:

Pre-Arrival choices were cheese pizza or cous cous:

Snack basket consisted of paprika chips, KitKat, some other chocolate bar, and bottled water:

All in all, it was edible. Which is more than I can say for the outbound on LH (surprisingly).

Lunch choices of short rib, chicken with risotto, halibut with red sauce, and something vegetarian. I had the halibut, was pretty decent. Dessert choice of cheese plate, vanilla pudding, and chocolate pie, which was fine.
Pre-arrival cheeseburger Wellington or some
Kind of salad

That cauliflower side dish thing is not looking any better with more examples shown. Looks like a dry mish-mash of weird components.
