Hi all, flying on United for the first time next week. I'm booked YYZ-IAH-LIM in Business throughout. YYZ-IAH is UA 1980 at 6:10AM and just lists a snack. What exactly does the entail? As it's unlikely I'll get to eat some breakfast, trying to see if it's worth buying some quick Tim Hortons at the airport. Thanks!

UA691 ORD-DEN Mar30 on B773: Predeparture beverages offered in United First: Water, OJ and “champagne” - was fine but might have been Prosecco. Breakfast was choice of Denver Omelette (nice touch!) or Waffle with compote and fresh fruit side. Plated without cover. Real silverware. The waffle was very soggy and almost inedible. Fruit was the usual cut pineapple, orange, water melon, honeydew and blueberries - all fresh and fine. Inflight service was prompt, friendly and effective.
UA497 DEN-BOI Mar30 on MAX9: Predeparture beverages offered in United First: Water and “sparkling white wine.” The inconsistency in description of the fizzy alcohol beverage is strikingly typical United but again product was just fine.
So it seems that the pandemic service cuts are mostly behind us, at least on those flights today.

Unlikely to give you food poisoning.
You might be in a Polaris seat, but it’s Premium Transcontinental (Business) catering. You can expect something in quality and quantity somewhere between domestic First and current Polaris catering.
If you’ve had a domestic F trayed meal, it’ll be slightly better/more, but not by much.

Premium transcon lax to ewr, 787. 12:45pm scheduled depart. No pdb offered. Only two choices; ricotta pasta and chicken with polenta. !nothing offered after lunch at all, no snack, no nothing! I was surprised. I thought there’s small thing later. Should I not have been?

Was pleasantly surprised to see the return of a full snack basket on UAX flight today. (GoJet EWR->CVG)
Other items included Biscoff, Kind Bars, bananas, etc.

Flying DFW-ORD on an ERJ-175 in first. Listed as snack. What does that consist of?
