Thank you so much for this wonderful reminder of SFO.

I was trying a little too hard to logic it. The font is close to but doesn't quite match any of the official pmUA wordmarks, so I figured it wasn't a hub. But then there aren't many options for somewhere with service since pmUA. Should've known it would be the typical consistent inconsistency, in this case for the font rendering.

Hopefully a toughie: where was I taking off from here? Bonus: what seat and what aircraft (hint: the year was 2015)

I haven't been there in 20 years, but it reminds me of BUR ... or maybe SNA given the angle of attack. My guesses have proven to be way off the mark recently, though!

How about GVA?

Since you mentioned it was 2015, Ill try 7A (aft-facing) on the 777 config that had intl F.
Say Vandelay and N107UA like this.

Y'all really are too good. Yes on GVA, very close but not quite on either the seat or the craft.

I will need to check out ceilings inside airports more often😄 Apparently, this is a small tropical outstation with no A/C. It might be LIH or a Caribbean airport. I can eliminate KOA because of trees in the background. Just a very interesting picture. Hopefully, someone has the correct answer.
