Not sure about airport. Is it IAH? Looks like a US highway sign in the background, but I can't think of a runway that would have both a sign like that nearby and buildings.

I'm having a real hard time placing the airport -- the aura it gives off is definitely a one of a North American airport between signage and the truck body in the background, but that low observation/control tower doesn't fit any of the airports I really recognize or threw into a quick Google)

I didn't think the 763 had the odd leading edge nublet displaced above the engine pylon (nor did I think the engine projected that far forward) -- but its type-rating sibling the 757 does feature that anomaly. If it's a 757, my money is on an F seat in row 4 or 8.
I'm having a real hard time placing the airport -- the aura it gives off is definitely a one of a North American airport between signage and the truck body in the background, but that low observation/control tower doesn't fit any of the airports I really recognize or threw into a quick Google)

For aircraft type, it must then be 753, and I'll guess seat 14F.
