Could also be EWR at C71. I'm struggling to think of what other airports have that many gates in that numbering scheme that are serviced by UA.

Oh that's a good idea too. Though aren't T7 gates lettered A and B in most cases? So at LAX it'd be 71A and 71B? Do they also label the jetbridge as 71A and 71B? I haven't been through LAX since pre-COVID so I'm a little fuzzy on that one.

IAD (the moon buggies make this one a little too easy ) Though the belt loader is labeled as D21 I'm thinking it's one of the lower D-odd gates (D19 perhaps) possibly a high C-odd gate but the angle of the moon buggy dock and tower in the background make that seem unlikely...
