(The design of that staircase + elevator is horrible when combined with disoriented travelers -- the number of people I've had almost plow into me not paying attention to where they're going both up and down is remarkable as there are at least two and arguably 3 blind corners involved.)
My first guess was wrong... but since no one else has solved this (unless I missed it)... and there is a rather sad looking sibling to this poster (complete with duct tape) behind the GS/1K checkin at BOS -- is this somewhere at BOS I haven't found yet this morning?

Ding, ding, ding! Original was from the top of the stairs at D8 - a very dangerous place to stand as lincolnjkc notes given how quickly folks either come around the corner or huffing and puffing up and down the stair.
Also the rise/run of the stair steps is bad. I know that IAD/UA wanted to jam the steps into one single flight but short narrow steps wasn't the answer.

Wow ... I actually posted that from the BOS UC and had done a quick tour of the club (mainly to sus food options) and didn't notice it... If you tell me it was in the main entrance I'll have to kick myself.

That concrete ceiling is just very distinctive. Glad to see UA add a route like AMM. Spent a week or so traveling in Jordan and really enjoyed it. RJ JFK to AMM wasn't a particularly memorable flight. Although, the elite/J check in security and lounge set up is hard to beat.
