For the New Yorkers, it would be akin to ordering corned beef on white at Katz’s Deli.

All right already ... I fixed my post! And I thought the cut-in-half paper towel would be the eye roller.

Naw - long time golfer and consumer of hot dogs at the Halfway House across many golf courses: gotta have that ketchup (and onions as well)!

Interesting observations. The lids are handy so as to not spill coffee, can keep the coffee hot longer and makes for easier takeout coffee when that's all I need from the club. The last time I was in that club was a mid week morning August and there were no lids. It was also in a sad state of cleanliness and disrepair. I'm guessing I arrived just after a rush because it was a mess and the cleaning staff cleaned my entire stay. The men's room was also a sorry state, dirty, no toilet paper and one stall didn't even have a door.

Oh... ketchup on everything! Including hot dogs, except when in Chicago of course.

Back in my hometown Chicago at the moment -watching Game 3 ALDS FS1 TV commentators just weighed in the hot dog/ketchup debate as TV panned the crowd - stating, Chicagoans don't mind if you mind if you put ketchup on a hotdog (debatable) - but never put ketchup on a Chicago style dog (very true)

With proper Illy cups now, and no lids, feels intentional and not “blame supply chain”

I always ask the ladies at ORD to bring me a "real" cup from the back...and they always refuse!

I’m guessing somebody at ORD has caught wind of the self catering of PDB’s, since of course UA refuses to bring them back anytime soon (though I heard 12/1 perhaps).

Does ORD United Club still have the illy coffee cans in fridge? Maybe take those on flight since you won't need lid?
