coffee cups are not the plastic ones. Last time they were white Illy branded paper cups.

blue plastic? That’s for cold drinks.

not gonna lie I would have liberated a few pilot cups…

I'll take anything bigger than the 4(?) oz cups, don't care if it's supposed to be hot or cold. It's hard to pour more than 2 oz of beer into a 4 oz cup in the air.

Both reasonably sized and specialized - to fit the cup holders in the front of the plane (e.g. the cockpit).

And, yes, we're stuck with the smaller plastic blue cups for cold drinks and smaller paper cups for hot ones.

Since you were there on a Thursday, were there agents upstairs, or just QR codes in front of the desks?

No agents upstairs. One came up to do something and I asked her to call her manager who I know very well. He met me at the club and I told him what i thought about this. He understood where I was coming from. And he reiterated that this was only an experiment.

Well technically I believe SBC cups > Illy cups. I'll bet you can get two cappuccinos in there.

Too bad the machine was broken ... milk system was clogged so no milk came out. Choices were espresso, espresso, or espresso.

I love those pilots cups, though.

B6 this evening - no lids, no ketchup for the hotdogs but there is mustard, Diet Coke dispenser broken and no United napkins. Store bought-like napkins by the food and cut in half paper towel sheets at the bar ...

We don't do ketchup on hotdogs here in Chicago.
