Question United Airlines Award/Premier Accelerator Rates [2021]

What are the costs and quantity of purchasing PQP in the 2021 MP program named "Ticket Accelerator", only available after a ticket purchase?
Havent seen any figures or comments yet for the 2021 program since I have not bought a ticket in 2021.

As an example, I have a short-distance trip coming up next month that offers the following accelerators:

$75 - 3000 award miles (no PQP)
$150 - 6000 award miles (no PQP)
$170 - 3000 award miles and 100 PQP
$720 - 6000 award miles and 600 PQP

I have a 3-4 hour trip coming up (not sure how they determine the amount of purchasable PQP/miles), and have the following offers:
$175 - 7000 award miles (no PQP)
$250 - 10000 award miles (no PQP)
$660 - 7000 award miles and 500 PQP
$1220 - 10000 award miles and 1000 PQP

Mind you my wife, who does not have any status, pays slightly less for the miles/PQP combos $5 and $10 less respectively.

Refresher: do accelerator PQPs count towards 1K? Assuming I dont have the PQF and just need to earn with the higher PQP.

I have several upcoming trips with the following offers. My wife pays the same for award miles, but slightly less for the PQP's, both of us are Gold.

Two-segment trip totalling aprox 4hrs flight time:
$175 for 7,000 miles or $675 w/ 500 PQP (wife pays $660)
$250 for 10,000 miles or $1250 w/ 1000 PQP (wife pays $1,220)

Three R/T TATL award flights:
$500 for 25,000 miles or $2,015 w/ 1,500 PQP (wife pays $1,970)
$800 for 40,000 miles or $3,022 w/ 2,200 PQP (wife pays $2,956)

Two O/W TATL award flights:
$220 for 11,000 miles or $1,129 w/ 900 PQP (wife pays $1,102)
$360 for 18,000 miles or $1,774 w/ 1,400 PQP (wife pays $1,732)

The $.02/mile for miles on award tickets is consistent with what I've seen for the past several years. I haven't paid much attention to the PQP pricing over the years, so not sure how these prices stack up historically. As for the difference bertween my price and my wife's price for PQPs, my guess is that I'm paying slighty more for because I have more current PQPs in account.

From my experience over the last year’s flights, which is not a lot, the PQP price seems to be in the range of $0.97 to $0.98/PQP, if you subtract out the mileage price. I guess it sounds like a good deal if you really need the extra PQPs to make it to the next level or keep your current status, which I am considering. Also when you consider that in order to get 500 PQPs by traveling you have to spend > $550 on a ticket (taxes included). There appears to be no taxes added when you buy PQP/miles through award accelerator.

Quite helpful, thank you!
This was an interesting rule on United's website, Ithought those points were not given if you cancelled flight:

What happens if I change or cancel my flight after purchasing?

All Award Accelerator and Premier Accelerator purchases are nonrefundable. You'll be able to keep any miles or Premier qualifying credits you've purchased even if you change or cancel your trip. This also applies when your flight is rerouted or interrupted due to conditions outside of your control.

Note those are not separate offers, you must purchase the RDMs if wanting the PQPs. It is a "package deal."

Do PQP accelerator offers tend to keep going up the closer you get to departure date? Got an offer for 600 PQP for $600. Would be enough with my upcoming CID to SDF itin to get me to Silver. Will the offer continue to get worse the more I wait?

1PQP for $1 is about as good as it has been previously. Since it includes some RDMs, you are getting a tad better than 1 PQP per dollar.

Just be aware there has been no indication Premier Accelerator qualifies for "Fly to the Finish" but does apply for the 2021 standard qualification levels.
