Problem viewing reservation
 

Having problems w/ UA site pulling up my reservation. I go to my trips and it is there but when I select "manage" it takes a while of waiting and then a message appears "Your confirmation number, a 6 character alphanumeric code, and/or last name is not valid."

This is a trip for me and my husband. Same issue trying to pull it up from his account.

Anyone else having poblems? I thought maybe a schedule change issue but checked and it looks like the flights we are booked on are still there (and our seat assignments are greyed out...)

UPDATE: Nevermind… I waited about 30 minutes before I made the initial post here and then five minutes after I posted the reservation showed up... I had tried both accounts and different browsers and got the error message but now looks like all is good.

Saw the same thing. Also noticed it logged me out when I tried to view a reservation. But working now.

I've been trying to modify a reservation over the last six hours. Cannot sign in or access the reservation directly, times out.
