2021 Let's Eat - Economy Class (Domestic & International)
I didn't get to sample UA Y food too much in 2020 but it seems like there are new entrees in 2021.
DEN-FRA
Tricolor Vegetable Quinoa Skillet with White Meat Chicken and Queso Fresco, this was really tasty just like eating enchilladas. I'd give it a 9/10

Tricolor Vegetable Quinoa
Spinach and Mushroom Manicotti with Veggie Bolognase Sauce, this was also quite tasty, there is a lot of cheese filling as a result it was more filling than past vegetarian pasta entrees, I'd rate it a 8/10

Breakfast was typical Europe arrival but a little downgraded, consists of yogurt and biscotto, used to be yogurt and a warm bread.

Amazingly, both of those look better to me than a lot of the current Polaris mains -- certainly better than any of the current Polaris arrival meals.
