No West Coast Wild Fire Waiver
Doesn't look like UA has waiver for west coast wild fire. I recall UA had those waivers in 2018/19 but they don't seem to care now with Covid-19 waiver. The trouble is Covid-19 waiver only waives change fee while fare difference still applies.:(

2018 fires driven by winds were very close to heavily populated areas with major damage and mass evacuations.. this year so far they are less disruptive but once winds pick up it will get worse.

Agreed OP. Odd UA hasn't issued one. |
Also appears none for AS, WN, DL, AA, .... either (although I may have missed in looking, don't know my way their website as well as I know UA)

There are currently no change fees, so much reduced need for a waiver.
And btw, 2020 fires are of a scope that was barely even imaginable in 2018. Among major population centers, Portland, Eugene, and Medford are currently threatened. |
The Oct 2017 Tubbs/Atlas/Nuns fires took out 7K+ homes
The Nov 2018 Camp Fire took out 11K+ homes. Oregon fires could be worse. |
