Now See All Your Electronic Travel Credit(s) (ETCs) on Your United.com Account!
Wow! I was amazed to log-in to my United.com account this morning and see a new "Travel credit" section. It shows all my ETCs and details - issued dates, expiry dates, and remaining values.
Next step is a way for us to combine ETCs without a CS intervening.
Nice to see that they have some IT types still working away! 😀😃

Figures. I have no ETCs showing even though I'm aware of two open in my name in the past two months. There could even be more but I'm usually diligent about tracking them and I think they're all used up. Either it's a feature that United is testing for a certain batch of users or the website just doesn't think I have any ETCs in my name.
The title of the section on the website shown above doesn't even appear for me.

This is a great move - but would also love to see them show tickets with residual value... I've got way more of those than I do ETCs right now. Almost $4k worth, in fact.

Agreed, although at least those are accessible via the Canceled Trips tab (although, if you're like me, you've got a lot more canceled trips with no value than canceled trips with flight credit attached). ETCs didn't show up at all.

Ditto. I see nada on my account page. But the ones I have are about to expire and may not be new enough to be shown.

Oh yeah, same here. I spent an hour last week clicking into every single one of those cancelled flights and going through the re-book process to see where I had credits, where I had change fees, etc.

0/3 for outstanding ETC for me.
I do think this is a right step for MP members though. Shouldn't be that hard from a db standpoint to link them to a mileageplus account, just need someone to update the COBOL.

I like the inclusion of credits on our account details.
Like others, I have cancelled trips and it would be helpful to show residual values of cancelled tickets.
I do note a couple of credits that I did not keep track, so those were nice surprises.

If I ever travel again, it'll be good to use the ETC's. I have 8 certificates with combined value just under $1000. I hope I get to travel again.
