I use it to charge my car key. You do need to play with the position to make sure it is charging.

- Phone is not compatible with wireless charging (only newer Apple iPhones and some Samsung (and other) phones have the technology. Many Android phones won't work)
- The wireless charger won't work, if you have a case that has a metal clip at the back and in exactly the wrong place
- Phone should be placed with screen facing upward on charger. May not work if screen is placed face-down on charger
Another thing is that the USB port needs to provide a certain minimum wattage. Some don't, including, I think, the Apple iPhone miniblock.

I just noticed my LG G7+ (Android 8 OS) blinking very fast (while on the 1k charger) when I have received an SMS - not sure if this is normal or not...

Does anyone know what it means when it rapidly flashes green and blue?

When I put my phone on it upside down, it flashes green/blue rapidly.

Seems to mean it's detecting a device but not charging correctly / not able to charge (eg. device is upside down above).

If the IPhone 12 is compatible with the universal Qi wireless charging standard, that it should work.
I know apple likes to create proprietary technology so you have to buy their accessories, but in the past, I believe they have been compatible.

Yes - iPhone 12 should be compatible.

Apple is introducing its own MagSafe charger, which is faster for iPhone 12, but Qi devices are still compatible.

My charger keeps blinking green/blue like this and doesn't charge the phone...

The only way I can get it to charge is by disconnecting the USB connector and reconnecting it with the phone in place...

I just got a new Iphone 12 and the charger works great - if the colors start flashing or alternating, I just take the phone and place it back down a little lower so it can get the charging connection through the case.

Finally an airline appreciation gift that I can use!
