I was in the MCO lounge a couple of weeks ago. I was there around noon so not sure of the breakfast offerings. I saw chicken salad with flat bread and some kind of quinoa salad as more substantial offerings. Ritz cheese crackers, fruit and vegan brownies and a few other nibbles. The vegan brownie was pretty tasty if you like chocolate.

I'm currently in the MCO club. I'm unable to upload images at the moment, but they have hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit (Whole and pre-cut), yogurt, Jimmy Dean sandwiches and burritos, and pastries. Bar is not yet open, so all there is to hydrate are coffee, tea, and water.
I'll try and upload pics later if I can figure my bug out.
Edit: Pictures Uploaded. My originals were original size and too large for FT.
Also, not pictured were cold cereal, milk, and oatmeal.

Any word on PDX and SEA? Gate agent at SEA last week had no news, listed as Sept on the Wiki. At least in SEA there is a priority pass The Club next door…

They didn't offer anything when I checked in at SFO rotunda, but I asked, "Do I get anything for being in Polaris?" and then he stamped (with today's date) and handed me this card.
I redacted out the card number, which seems to be unique.
Additionally, I had picked 1L on the 789, in hopes of a Polaris swap. By the time I was confident that wouldn't happen, there were no "middle" seats left. I asked at the UC CS desk if there were any (the app wasn't being sane - showed two open on the map but the upgrade list said there were four), and she said no. I then asked if anyone failed to check in, if I could get one. She put a note on either my PNR or the flight for the GA to see.
Well apparently that wasn't necessary, because at T-61, she paged me in the UC, and had a nice new BP with 1E on it. Absolutely outstanding service.
