Someone likely reported on this already. Nice to have the ORD F lounge reopened. Great views. Very welcoming, pleasant staff. While the fresh food bar may never be the same as pre-COVID, there is a good selection of junk food on one bar, and hot dogs, fresh salads, and instant soup at the other bar. Very pleased and very convenient for my flights. Hoping for DCA soon (ticketing staff thinks mid-August for opening).

Able to watch a UA plane that landed with surrounded by emergency vehicles; been parked for about 20 minutes now just off the taxiway, perpendicular to the E gates. I wish I knew what was going on as it is fascinating to watch as there were several crash truck initially.

Now just waiting for the bar to open so I can properly celebrate their great service.
that is the stellar service that United is renowned for, and why we loyal United flyers keeps coming back for more! And bravo + hats off to the MCO premium services/UC team!

Anyone had experience in the UC connecting from Polaris to domestic F? Do they still give you the star stamp on the boarding pass for premium beverages or is that only outbound Polaris?

If you are arriving at ORD on Polaris class and have a same day connecting flight, you should qualify for the star stamp on your boarding pass for premium beverages because you would normally qualify to use the Polaris Lounge in such case.

I really wish it was as common as before. It was so strikingly better then now normal that it stood out immediately.

Props to the MCO team for keeping it alive and wish it was contagious....Can we come up with a Delta Variant to bless their Newark Colleagues with?

You will get the premium drink on both the outbound and inbound Polaris just the same. In fact, you can get one in each UC you visit. Ask me how I know... Two UCs at ORD visited and a drink cert at each when I flew Polaris back to ORD a few weeks ago. And few months back DEN also gave me the Premium Plus amenity kit on a outbound DEN-FRA as well. Make sure to point out that you are a Polaris passenger, not all attendants will pay attention.

...And I won't reiterate how ridiculous I think it is to only offer one free drink on a J ticket.

Just had a couple great visits to the LAS club location. Not sure why the club closes at 5 and denies the evening departures but the club did offer a fairly decent variety of sanitary packaged snacks and great, friendly service.

+1 to this

just landed in ORD with a domestic first connection and on scanning boarding pass for second flight at the UC entrance the agent immediately offered to stamp my boarding pass for the premium drink…

At EWR the star punch-out on the boarding pass gets unlimited premium drinks, not just one. Seems like ORD is doing it differently with a single drink?
As an aside, anyone gone through BCN lately and know whether UA is making a lounge available? The usual UA contract lounge (Miro) appears to be Covid-closed and all the other T1 lounges are normally reserved for Schengen. I wonder if you can go through security/passport control twice to access Schengen as is the case at some airports.

"Remobilization" doesn't sound like "re-opening" to me, it sounds like "re-using the space for something else"

Well, whatever it is it is NT "re-opening" because if it was they would have said that.

"Mobilize" in this context is likely the military/human resources definition:
to assemble and make ready for duty
Reading between the lines they probably need to find staff, re-engage catering, etc etc...
