United App not yet displaying any 2020 earnings summary (Now available)
 

At least for me the App has not displayed any 2020 earnings summary. Flights do show up in the activity tab.
does anyone else has that problem?

Same here.

Also MilePlay disappeared, including active campaigns.

Mine show up (2020 Air New Zealand flights and Chase spend) - nothing missing.

No showing on the Android version (but is displayed online -- but all zeros as no taken flights yet)

Based on past experience, the App need to have an updated version in order to display the new stuffs.

So far, it is not yet available.

A phone agent told me that 2020 totals would not display in the app until 2/1/2020.

I’ve only been on one flight (international) so far, and my totals appeared very quickly.

My app is showing 2020 totals (apple), online has message that premier qualification will not be available until pm on 1/10

Premier status qualification started showing up today but the MilePlay is not updated for a flight I took a week ago.

It's pretty likely the phone agent just made this up. Phone agent have a minimal knowledge of the MP program and UA app. My totals show, so she's wrong. If some people aren't seeing their totals, it's for some other reason than some blanket explanation like "2020 totals would not display in the app until 2/1/2020". Agents are trained primarily in dealing with reservations.

My 6 segments and PQPs are showing properly on my Android. Maybe uninstall and re-install the United app?

Check today. Yesterday, iOS, it was showing my 2019 Year End summary, as it had been for days - and no running totals for 2020.

Today it's showing the correct PQF / PQP totals, flight segment count on UA, etc.

On the iOS United app, my YTD progression is showing up too. So far to go to re-qualify for 1k but I will get it done, no matter how daunting that task may seem.

I don't have auto-update on, and mine on iOS had a message saying please update in order to see this info. Updated, and it's all there.

My Android version , updated 12/13/19, shows 2020 YTD in the old program metrics. Weird.
