Just a question, aren't all PS 752s (28J) supposed to be retired by a certain time this year?

Additionally, the highest current GoJet tail number is N551GJ and the lowest is N501GJ. This indicates at least 51 GoJet C550s in time, unless UA would be using the GJ numbers for Mesa etc.

I'm personally hoping they scrape up a lot of C700s from all over to dump the CR2 entirely.
GoJet will have 54 frames not including the 20 from Mesa. 25 from GoJet plus 29 leased from Skywest. The Skywest leases are frames that were ex-Horizon and have been parked, as well as some ex-ExpressJet Delta frames. The 20 from Mesa were announced after that, but unsure if there will eventually be 74 CR5s, or if some of these frames will be leased elsewhere.

N874UA - Former China Southern B-6021. The FAA registration for the aircraft was completed on 3-January with a temporary certificate for delivery granted the same day. Imagine we will see this aircraft go from from CAN to XMN in the next few days.

N27908 sked to exit XMN as UA2738 to SFO on 9 JAN local time. This is expected to be the first Polaris/P+ 788. It's not in FlightAware, but the following flight (UA1912 on 8 JAN PST) is shown and the exit flight can be traced back on ua.com.

Note the seat map isn't yet loaded and the seating is still listed as 2-2-2 in J. Hopefully that will update.

Looks like 1-2-1 on the app now.

They are pulling CR2s out of storage for service now? Unless I missed it, I haven't seen any significant reductions in these...with a lot of new planes coming on board overall. Is capacity really going up so much? Anecdotally, seems schedules for Q1 have been trimmed, at least for the locations I track.

It’s an interim map using pre-reconfiguration methodology - greying out non-saleable seats etc

Note that Polaris seats aren’t Blue paisley shapes either.

PE would be purple actually.

Yup, and the app is showing the three rows of 2-3-2 immediately behind (P+). Looks like we have a Dreamliner retrofit on its way.

They're not selling P+ on that flight. That's how the pre P+ seats were shown on the 77W before they sold them. Also as UA1912 is domestic (SFO-IAD) it's probably okay to show them as domestic F, especially if they haven't yet got around to creating the Polaris seat map.

N879UA sked to enter LCQ 2742/6Jan, assume paint (LCQ has 2 bay paint hanger)

763:
N654UA entered LCQ paint 2741/6Jan

772:
N223UA sked to exit XMN 2733/7Jan, already has Polaris
N785UA sked to exit XMN 2739/8Jan, shows maint only due to seat map and shorter visit in XMN

77W:
N2333U sked to exit XMN 2752/8Jan

788:
N27908 sked to exit XMN 2738/8Jan with Polaris/PP. Might be interesting how UA sked this aircraft since it has 6 fewer J seats and could have issues floating with other 788s..

Perhaps until they have a critical mass to assign to an international route, they will use the Polarisized 788s to cover domestic 757-200 p.t.s. routes?

I think the point was that on the 772/77W, even before P+ was sold as P+, they were at least sold as E+, hence they were blue.
