1K Kits: 1K MP card, 1K bag tags, blue handle wrap, 1k branded wireless charger, and 5 drink vouchers
Plat Kits: Plat MP card, Plat bag tags, 5 drink vouchers,....
Gold & Silver have not received a physical kit or physical card in a number of years
Wireless charger appears to be in place of the coasters of recent years
For MMers, no MM companion card / wrap / .... included == apparently companions are demoted to a digital card like Golds / Silvers
Some reports of agents saying a companion card can be requested after14 Feb 2020

I qualified for 1K in October, having been Plat the year before. I got the kit with coasters but a card good through Jan. 2021. I assume I am out of luck for the 2020 kit with the charger. Looks like I got a hybrid kit.

Companions do not receive a separate kit.

Edit: Just read the brochure and it says, “their digital membership card can be found on the United mobile app.”

You're right, that's a 2020 kit, which you got for newly qualifying for 1K in 2019, but you should be expecting a 2021 kit with the charger in the coming weeks as well. Unclear when the cutoff is for when they send you a 2020 kit in addition to 2021--I newly qualified on 10/27 and haven't received either 2020 or 2021, though I suspect my foreign mailing address has something to do with this.

As recently as a few years ago, you’d reliably end up getting both kits, even if the first one had the full year+ expiration date. Haven’t read reports since then (but no negative reports either) so fingers crossed!

A friend got both this year. I'm in the same boat but have gotten neither, presumably due to some holdup with my foreign address as I previously speculated.

I received my 1K kit today but no card for my MM companion. The brochure also said the companion membership card can be found on the United mobile app. Anybody else beside WineCountryUA received a MM companion membership card?
