'+.'? Personally I like the succinctness, but I bet it is much too obscure to catch on.
'PluP' or 'plup'? It might be mobile friendly, but it definitely doesn't have a ring.

The time savings in abbreviating PlusPoints will probably be outweighed by the confusion caused by whatever abbreviation is used.
Nevertheless, if there is a real need to shorten, I suggest using Points or Pts. The term "points" is often already abbreviated as "pts" in various contexts (sports included), so people are already predisposed to that abbreviation. Moreover, I don't see the use of Points (or Pts) and PQP conflicting too often, especially with context. (e.g. "I used 40 Pts to upgrade from Y to J" vs. "I earned only 460 PQP on the AC itinerary.")

Appears we have two leading candidates +P and PPU but probably need to get 100+ vote to be a real consensus.
If neither is a clear winner, we may need a runoff.
