2020 Bookings Show PQP of 0

I tried to book flights for 2020 and, while they have updated the details section to reflect the PQF and PQP earned, the PQP always seems to be zero. The PQFs are right, though.

a. Is this the experience of others or am I in some dot-bomb logic hole?
b. Is this really true? PQP will not actually be earned except on "some" flights???
c. Of course I assume the answers above are "no". Can we get somebody to fix this?

Thanks.

This was working fine previously in the mobile app. Seems it's been added to the website and is now broken everywhere as a result.

Was about to start a post about this, then found this one. It was my first time looking for a flight in 2020, and saw I would get 0 PQP on a Q fare. Was briefly worried they were being extra-restrictive on what fare classes PQP were awarded on, but figure they must be giving PQP for that J fare!

Are they bulk fares? I'm not sure those will earn PQP. The could using a formula like the partner one, but I'm not clear they will.

Paid F can still be a bulk fare depending on the sales channel.
