"How did your award flight booking go" email -- but didn't book an award flight...
Did anyone else recently receive an email from United with the subject "Tell us about your Saver Award flight booking" when they did not actually book any saver flights? I received one today, which specifically mentioned "my award flight to Sacramento". However, I didn't book a flight to SMF. I also checked my account and there is no activity related to an award redemption for any flights in the last 6 months.
Should I contact UA in case something else is up?

I received the same email and apology a couple of weeks back. Maybe this is round two of the same error? It was odd to have it specifically linked to a destination and level of award ticket though...
