Hot towel on non-meal flight
Was on a MCI-DEN flight yesterday in First on a mainline flight. FA passed out hot towels before the drinks and snack basket.

Did they spread your off brand tortilla chips on a white tablecloth?

Nope. Got the 4 gummy bears in the Harbro package. Lol

It can't be a policy change, considering we didn't get the hot towels on a LAX-EWR red-eye last week.

You get the hot towel if the FA feels like it, they are usually provisioned, I get a hot towel on about 1/3rd of my BOS-EWR and V/V legs. These are muffin / scone / snack basket flights, 35-55 minutes in the air.

It happens from time to time. Had it on BOS-EWR before as well. Definitely not SOP.

I was on a flight LAX-LHR, in Polaris, and didn't get a hot towel before the meal.
