I have *Alliance Silver on AC. If I book directly on UA, do I receive the same benefits as Premier Silver such as complimentary access to preferred seating and/or economy plus at check in ?

The only benefit you get is BG2 (along with premier silver). No extra bags or bag allowance, no premier access, no free e+, no upgrade

Technically with BG2, you avoid the carry-on check for basic economy. But it's not documented and I wouldn't count on it
