Lounge privileges

I have a upcoming Business Class award made through United.

Jax - IAD (Coach)
IAD - DUB (Business Class)
DUB - AMS (Coach)

I have 3-5 hr layovers at IAD & DUB.
I was wondering which if any lounges I would have access to without having to pay a fee? Since my flight from DUB - AMS is in Coach would I have lounges access for free in Dublin?

Some one mentioned as long as one leg of your reservation is in business class then for lounges access purposes, the coach legs would fall under the “Business Class” umbrella?

Do you have status with United? Your IAD-DUB flight is operated by United?

I expect United Club access at IAD, and no access at DUB.

Lounge rules differ. United has a rule similar to what you're describing for United Club access, but there's no United Club at DUB.

If you have time try to visit the Lufthansa or Turkish lounges in the "B" concourse at IAD. It is quite a trek back however, so I would leave there 1h15m before your flight, as you will need to take a train and a walk to get back to UA in a "C" concourse. All within security however.
